Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking.

Your roommate(s) must make their booking within 15 days of you booking your trip. If not, your booking will automatically be adjusted to the current occupancy and the price will be adjusted accordingly.

Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your government-issued identification or Passport.

Monthly payments are required to keep your booking current.

Name changes are allowed with a $75 fee. Name change request must be emailed and requested 60 days before departure date.
TRAVEL NOTES & REQUIREMENTS

A passport is required to travel to St. Maarten. Passport must be valid at least 6 months pass your departure date from Dubai.

St. Maarten airport code is "SMX".

You MUST provide K2Z Travel with your Flight information by Feb 2, 2026. This information must be provided to K2Z Travel so we can arrange your airport transportation to the resort.

Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel.

All payments to K2Z Travel are non-refundable and non-transferrable. This is because K2Z Travel has contractual agreements with hotels and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.
