Frequently asked questions
Yes. We organize trips for couples, private groups, and hosted group trips.
Although we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, K2Z Travel does not sell travel insurance policies. There are many providers and coverage options available, so we encourage you to select the plan that best fits your needs.
One of our trusted partners is Allianz,(https://bit.ly/4kVU353) which offers a variety of travel insurance plans.
Name changes may be allowed depending on the timeframe and supplier policies. Please contact us as soon as possible for assistance.
All payments made to K2Z Travel are non-refundable due to contractual agreements with our travel suppliers.
For this reason, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. Travel insurance may provide coverage if you need to cancel your trip due to certain covered reasons such as illness, injury, or other unforeseen circumstances.
A passport is not required for U.S. citizens sailing on cruises. Instead, you can have:
• A birth certificate with an official seal (a copy is acceptable, but not a hospital souvenir or footprint keepsake), AND
• A valid, non-expired government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license or state ID)
OR If you do have a valid U.S. passport, you may use that instead.
For private trips, we can arrange flights upon request. However, flights are not arranged for hosted group trips.
No, we do not offer roommate matching. You must find your own roommate and ensure that they complete their booking within 15 days of your reservation. If not, your booking will automatically be adjusted to single occupancy with the corresponding price change.
We recommend booking your flight as early as possible once the trip is confirmed. This helps ensure you have the best flight options and pricing available.
A $50 late fee will be applied if payment is more than 5 days past due. If you are experiencing unexpected circumstances, please let us know as soon as possible so we can discuss possible payment arrangements.
If there will be two people sharing a room, please select double occupancy. If only one person will be staying in the room, choose single occupancy.
Occupancy refers to the number of people in the room, while bed type refers to the type or number of beds (one king, two queens, etc.), not the occupancy.
You can make a payment in our portal: https://k2ztravel.fortapay.com/invoice/list (https://k2ztravel.fortapay.com/invoice/list)
Our payment plans are designed to make trip costs more manageable and flexible. We understand that smaller monthly payments are often easier than paying the full amount at once. However, you always have the option to pay in full at the time of booking if you prefer.
