INVOICING & PAYMENTS

  • Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking

  • Monthly Payments are required. 

  • A $50 late fee will be assessed if payment is more than 5 days late. See Terms & Conditions for other payment terms.

  • We will calculate your remaining balance evenly through July 2024. Within three (3) business days of booking, you will receive an invoice that will display your payment and due date.

  • Automatic payment is available at no additional charge.

  • Future payments will be charged according to the scheduled you see on your invoice.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

  • Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse.

  • Trip insurance is highly recommended. You should research and choose a travel insurance policy carefully.

  • Suggested travel insurance companies are listed below: Travel Guard, Allianz and TravelEx.

AUTOMATIC BILLING PLAN

  • Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking.

  • Future payments will automatically charged each month according to the schedule you see on your invoice.

  • When you book, we will calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you and you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed. 

  • Automatic billing is available at no charge. Click here for details.

  • To opt-out of automatic billing send an email to Info@k2ztravel.com. 

TERMS & TRAVEL NOTES

  • All payments to K2Z Travel are non-refundable.

  • A passport is highly recommended for a cruise but is not mandatory. 

  • When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan.

  • This information must be provided to K2Z Travel so we can arrange your airport transportation to the resort.

  • If you choose the monthly payment plan, you will receive monthly notices when your payment is due.

  • Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel. 

  • Making reservations for this package acknowledges your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.

  • All payments to K2Z Travel are non-refundable and non-transferrable. This is because K2Z Travel has contractual agreements with hotels and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.

  • Refunds will not be provided for expired passports.

  • Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your government-issued identification.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today to be locked in.

  • Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.

  • You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
