TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance isn’t just about protecting your trip investment—it ensures you have the right coverage in case of an emergency. A single unexpected event can turn your dream vacation into a costly nightmare.

 

Here’s why it's important:

  • Emergency Medical & Dental Coverage – Most U.S. Heath Insurance does not cover you outside the USA.

  • Emergency Medical Transportation – Covers emergency evacuations and medically necessary transportation.

  • Trip Interruption Protection – If your trip is unexpectedly cut short due to illness, natural disasters, or other emergencies, travel insurance helps cover the costs of returning home and any unused trip expenses.

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED

  • Flights are not included

  • Gratuities are not included but required - $129.50 per person. Payable at check-in.

  • Additional excursions offered at your leisure

  • Payments to K2Z Travel are non-refundable.

  • Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking.

  • Your roommate(s) must make their booking within 15 days of you booking your trip.  If not, your booking will automatically be adjusted to the current occupancy and the price will be adjusted accordingly.

  • Future payments will be charged according to the scheduled you see on your invoice.

  • Automatic billing is available at no charge. Click here for details.

  • To opt-out of automatic billing send an email to Info@k2ztravel.com. 

  • Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your government-issued identification or Passport.

  • Monthly payments are required to keep your booking current.

  • Reservations that remain unpaid for 60 days can be automatically cancelled.

  • A $50 late fee will be assessed if payment is more than 5 days late. See Terms & Conditions for other payment terms.

  • Name changes are allowed with a $75 fee. Name change request must be emailed and requested 60 days before departure date.

INVOICING & PAYMENTS

IMPORTANT TRAVEL DETAILS

  • All payments to K2Z Travel are non-refundable.

  • A Passport is not required to cruise but highly recommended. 

  • You are REQUIRED to present a valid State issued ID/Drivers License AND an original Birth Certificate.

  • When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan.

  • Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel. 

  • Making reservations for this package acknowledges your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.

  • All payments to K2Z Travel are non-refundable and non-transferrable. This is because K2Z Travel has contractual agreements with hotels and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.

  • Refunds will not be provided for expired passports.

  • Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your government-issued identification.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today to be locked in.

  • Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.

  • This information must be provided to K2Z Travel so we can arrange your airport transportation to the resort.

  • You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.

  • For double, triple or quad occupancy bookings, you must ensure your roommates(s) make their booking within 15 days of your booking. Failure to do so will result in an adjustment to Single occupancy, with the corresponding price change.
